BaliSpirit Yoga Shop Terms & ConditionsMinimum OrdersThere are no minimum order quantities for individual items within the order – mix and match to suit your needs. Most buyers find larger, less frequent orders more cost effective as this will minimize the shipping/handling costs per garment and increase profits. Discounts
Placing Your OrderYour order should quote our product codes to ensure there are no mistakes in identity in filling your order. You can send your order by email or fax. We will repeat your order back to you with prices for you to confirm and make payment. Contact BaliSpirit Email orders to: shop@balispirit.com Order deposits and final paymentsOrder deposits are not required for most orders; however we may need to advise you of production lead times for very large order quantities and in these cases a 50% deposit will be required. Full payment must be received before orders are shipped. Payment MethodsTelegraphic Transfer: Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following bank account (Indonesian Rupiah - IDR). You are also able to transfer in your currency - our bank will automatically convert the funds at the exchange rate of the date of receipt. Bank Central Asia (BCA) Letters of Credit: BaliSpirit does not accept Letters of Credit towards orders or shipping fees. Guarantees and ReturnsWe endeavor, in all cases, to provide you with the best product and the best service. Should a question of quality in delivered product arise, we will work towards a solution for you. However, BaliSpirit offers no guarantees and does not accept returns. Should you find something less than perfect about your order, please communicate to shop@balispirit.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Shipping informationYou are responsible for all shipping, customs and insurance charges. PackagingItems are packed in plastic bags and bundled for optimum shipping cost. We endeavor to minimize our use of plastic unless you specifically request each item packed individually. If you nominate an air courier FedEx, UPS, or DHL) then we will pack into their container. CourierFor small quantities, air courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) may be most cost effective. If you have an international shipping account at any of these carriers, the costs can be billed directly to your account at your contract rates. You will need to provide a letter on your letterhead authorizing BaliSpirit to use your account number. For larger orders, you will probably choose air freight as this is the quickest and most effective way for you to receive your order. Air ShipmentsFor air shipments, local handling is through a number of experienced air cargo companies and network of clearing agents / brokers. Or you may choose an agent close to your home location to handle the clearing and documentation needed for import shipments. You will need to provide the name, address, phone, fax, and contact name for your local broker at the time you place your order. Sea CargoSea cargo would be LCL or less than container load. This is cost effective but does have some risks for handling at various ports. We do recommend insurance for LCL shipments. The charge for this is 2% of the value of the goods, and we can arrange this for you through QBE Insurance. Import DutiesDon’t forget you may need to pay a small tax on medium or large (wholesale) orders on arrival in your country. Your Shipping company can advise you on this. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. Production timesFor larger order quantities, please allow approximately 6 weeks for up to 500 units and approximately 6-8 weeks for over 500 units. In most cases, production may be completed sooner. However, these estimates allow for various production volumes at our factory as well as replacement of rejected items. Where possible we will supply you with progressive deliveries of a large order rather than waiting for the complete order to be ready. This service will help you with stock to sell immediately. Smaller orders will be met from stock, but may be consolidated with other orders on a monthly basis and this may also add to delivery time. Quality controlBali Spirit’s owners, managers, and staff have many years of experience sourcing and manufacturing a wide variety of products in Bali and always use the best quality fabrics available to us. Our internal processes are specifically set up to take care of your order. All garments are checked before packing. As best as we can be, we will be your staff in Bali for your order and will contact you directly in the case of query or questions regarding your order. DesignsOur designer has 15 years experience in the clothing industry. Our connection with BaliSpirit Yoga Studio and a constant influx of international yoga teachers and students helps keep our new products fresh and practical. Our designs are provided as is; there are no custom orders available on our range. All products sold and shipped by us must be sold with the design label attached. Sample policyAt this time, BaliSpirit does not ship free samples of products. In some cases, fabric samples may be sent to buyers at no additional charge although shipping charges will apply. You can purchase any item needed for samples. We can ship to you when the shipping costs are prepaid. Buying trips to BaliBaliSpirit would be happy to see you at the BaliSpirit offices, shops, and yoga studio in Bali. Consider adding to your buying trip one of the upcoming retreats at www.balispirit.com. However, we aim to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you to eliminate the need for you to come here just for buying.
